2013 - Peruvian Audit by la Defensoría del Pueblo

The report "Segundo Reporte y Balance Anual 2013 de la Supervisión a los Portales de Transparencia Estándar de los Ministerios del Poder Ejecutivo, Gobiernos Regionales y Municipalidades Provinciales ubicadas en capitales de departamento" presents the results from the active transparency evaluation from 68 regional government agencies in Peru from the executive branch.  The audit assessed the compliance with 9 categories of information required by the law to be published online. The data was collected between July and December of 2013.
